This equipment has four processes: hydraulic multi-faceted ball collision response, inclined plate sedimentation, ramp precipitation, pressure-type sub-pool dual-media filter and self-backwashing.
1)Reaction Chamber: The chamber is formed by small wave boards; its advantage is the reaction space is infinite. While reacts in peaks and troughs, floc is not easily broken, the reaction can fully processed. Therefore the flocculation is efficient and can save a lot of coagulant.
2)Sedimentation Chamber: Sedimentation chamber is composed of large wave boards and its principle is shallow sediment. It has reduced equipment size while increasing water production per unit. Using reverse flow, upward flow of water uses peaks and thoughs, mud sliding and was automatic separated. Can separate quickly and ensure outlet water quality, the turbidity is less than 5NTU, to ensure the performance of next process. Reduce the filter load, while extends the filter backwash intervals.
Sediment bucket was set in the bottom of sedimentation chamber, so that each wave block sliding mud through wave trough won′t be influenced by water flow. Mud was directly collected into sediment bucket, reduces the water content of sludge and extends the period of mud collection.
3)Filter Chamber: Using double filter media, modular pressure filtration, when any one filters chamber backwashing, the others can still work normally, no need of backwash pumps.
